SAP Program Manager.

An organisation that is changing its ERP and EAM technology seeks an SAP Program Manager to oversee their SAP ERP EAM projects.

Our ideal candidate will have consulting experience, delivering SAP solutions to multiple clients, as well as the ability to lead a team of project managers and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

You will: 

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of project managers, analysts and other key team members to ensure alignment with overall program and project goals and objectives
• Oversee and drive the planning, organisation, management and delivery of all project phases to ensure on-time, on-budget and within scope completion including initiation, planning, design, execution, testing, transition, monitoring and closure
• Oversee the development of comprehensive program/project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables for SAP implementation and enhancement projects
• Engage and work with key stakeholders, including business representatives, Digital teams, and delivery partners on key program/project matters, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the program / project lifecycle
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery partners, solution architects, program /project managers, and business stakeholders, to support the successful delivery of SAP projects
• Oversight and monitoring of program/project forecasts and budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Provide regular updates on program/project status to key stakeholders through regular reporting
• Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions
• Identify and mitigate program/project risks, identify and manage key dependencies, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with EQL policies and procedures, SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in a consulting environment, delivering SAP solutions to diverse clients across industries
• 10 years of program management experience, focusing on SAP implementations, configurations, and enhancements
• Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions, such as those for Utilities, Resources, or Energy
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding and expertise in SAP solutions and modules including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing project issues
• Effective leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate project teams
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
• Possession of project management certifications is preferred
