BLACKROC is partnering with a large Gold Coast organisation to source several experienced ICT/Business Improvement Project Managers. These roles will lead and manage complex solutions within a broader Digital Transformation Program. You will lead and manage the integration of deliverables within defined scope, budget, time, and quality parameters. Focus on delivering key business improvement and technology projects, ensuring technical feasibility and meeting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project deliverables to ensure they meet scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
  • Develop and produce essential project management products, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business outcomes.
  • Plan and manage resource engagements to optimise project delivery.
  • Establish project governance according to the Project Governance framework.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers to facilitate the successful delivery of vendor goods and services.
  • Align vendor development with ICT governance processes, strategic goals, and long-term plans.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders across the Chief Technology Office and other departments to ensure business readiness and organizational change.
About You:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT management, focusing on software implementation projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile qualifications.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience managing an online platform or System Replacement highly desirable.
