The Role:
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality IT systems that align with the company's long-term vision. This role is instrumental in supporting growth targets, sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of the company's IT Roadmap.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technical challenges of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Experience across a diverse range of technology tools and products, including C#, .NET, Kubernetes, Flux, GitOps, React, Angular, Flutter, eventing systems, and API Gateway.
- Closely with the Security/Operations team to uphold security, performance, and reliability standards.
- With product delivery teams to tackle design challenges, establish patterns, and uplift engineering maturity.
- An active engineering role, which includes hands-on coding, pair programming, and implementing collaborative solutions.
- Clear and comprehensive documentation of system architecture, design patterns, and data models.
- Collaborative approach to software engineering, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical team members.
- Understanding that mistakes are valuable learning opportunities and a dedication to continuous self-improvement and team development.

- Experience in software engineering encompassing various aspects of the SDLC.
- Exposure, preferably in GCP, with familiarity in Azure and AWS.
