PMO Lead.

BLACKROC is seeking a PMO Lead to join an organisation dedicated to creating a better world now and in the future. This role focuses on enhancing ICT project delivery through a standardised approach to support a clean energy future. As the ICT PMO Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of ICT projects by maintaining and improving a standardised project management approach.

You will be responsible for overseeing adherence to project management frameworks, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Project Management Office frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level coordination, oversight, and management support to the ICT portfolio.
• Ensure a standardized project management system is maintained and developed in compliance with the delivery framework.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Offer high-level advice and project management expertise for new technology initiatives, programs, and projects to achieve business outcomes.
• Define, develop, implement, and manage key business projects.
• Oversee multiple projects, prioritize commitments, and meet critical deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Advise on projects in a diverse multi-stakeholder environment.
• Lead and motivate a team within a complex business environment.
• Understand, analyze, and interpret policies, legislation, business plans, and financial reports.
• Develop complex reports, submissions, and correspondence.
• Apply knowledge of quality assurance and risk management to Program Management, IT systems, and technology infrastructure.
• Utilize best practice project management methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.

• Proven ability to provide high-level project management, leadership, and policy advice.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High-level leadership and resource management skills.
• Ability to advise projects in a diverse multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong written communication skills with experience in developing complex reports and correspondence.
• High-level knowledge of quality assurance and risk management in IT systems and technology infrastructure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practice project management methodologies.
