Lead JavaScript Engineer - Remote or Hybrid - $150K+ Super.

BLACKROC has partnered with a Brisbane based company that has an international presence to find them a strong Lead JavaScript Developer. The company has an exceptional SaaS product within the construction and infrastructure industry with plans of expanding globally. 

You'll be working on the companies core SaaS product and helping with the expansion into foreign markets. You'll need the fundamentals to oversee system architecture, provide guidance and mentor team members, have a progressive mindset/vision, and be technically proficient across the tech to create scalable applications. 

What you need:

• 5 years experience with JavaScript, preferably multiple years with React/Redux
• Willingness to help the company achieve a global reach 
• Handling CI/CD pipelines to ensure high performance 
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience directly managing a team of developers
• Collaborating regularly with other developers and key stakeholders, taking a sense of ownership of the role, and a great attitude
