Lead Developer.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with one of Brisbane's leading Software Development Agencies.  Their team is growing and they are now looking to hire a Technical Lead to deliver high end custom software solutions and lead their established development team to success.

As Technical Lead you will work closely with clients throughout the software development process, support and mentor your team of developers and uphold software development best practices to the highest standards and deliver clean and maintainable code.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years commercial software development experience.
• Highly proficient across React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PHP and Web-related Technologies.
• Strong experience across software architecture and microservices.
• Experience with mentoring and coaching a team of software developers.
• Strong experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, GraphQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team and is somebody who doesn't take themselves to seriously!
