BLACKROC is actively seeking a Lead Business Analyst ready to join an established, reputable business with an impressive track record of employee loyalty. They are rapidly expanding and dedicated to helping Australians  saving time, money, and alleviating stress. 
  
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will guide their technology team, and lead a dedicated team of Business Analysts, your role involves providing thoughtful guidance in the processes of gathering, validating, and documenting complex business requirements.
  
Building strong relationships and encouraging collaborative efforts with stakeholders at all levels are essential aspects of your leadership. You will be  entrusted with shaping the strategy for the business analysis practice and overseeing the implementation of innovative techniques and methodologies. 
  
Key Responsibilites:
  

• Guide the direction of business analysis by understanding complex needs and finding practical solutions.
• Use advanced agile methods to make sure the team works efficiently and innovatively.
• Help your team learn and grow, contributing to the organization's success.  Build strong relationships with different stakeholders and share insights about technology and business analysis.
• Create and follow documentation standards to keep things consistent across the organization.
• Identify and address risks with project leads.
• Manage resources and handle the recruitment process.
• Build a great team with a positive culture, focused on learning and improvement.
• Envision the future of business analysis, empowering people to succeed. 
• Develop the skills needed to face future challenges.

About you: 

• Worked as a Senior Business Analyst for at least five years, with an additional experience leading people.
• Can turn complicated business and technical needs into smart solutions, balancing big-picture thinking with practical possibilities.
• Used advanced agile methods to make sure the team works really well and comes up with innovative ideas.
• An expert at teaching and developing the skills of team members, creating a culture of excellence and innovation.
