BLACKROC is seeking a IT Clinical Systems Specialist, you will be pivotal in providing technical expertise and guidance within the Clinical Systems team. You will offer professional advice to the Business, other IT teams, and Management on clinical applications, business workflows, and systems used globally.

- Actively monitor and respond to support tickets.
- Maintain up-to-date support documentation in the Fresh support system.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance system reliability.
- Engage with IT teams, especially the service desk, for prompt support.
- Work with Physics, Billing, Administration, and HIM teams on upgrades and new technology.
- Support team members and provide guidance for quality customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain positive relationships with broader IT teams for effective customer service.
- Support the deployment of new software and infrastructure.
- Assist with software upgrades and rollouts following change management best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial IT experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
- Understanding of patient management and clinical workflows.
- Strong technology and systems background
- Experience with clinical information systems and Oncology Information Systems.
