ICT Solutions Architect.

BLACKROC is pleased to be partnered with one of Queensland's most famous brands. They are seeking a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and consulting expertise in shaping ICT solutions aligned with business needs and organisational strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyse business issues, leading the technical design of solutions in adherence to business requirements and ICT standards.
• Demonstrate creativity in designing solutions, methodologies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and enterprise architecture in both internally and externally delivered solutions.
• Provide expert advice on system development and integration, ensuring adherence to technical strategies, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate on maintaining application technical architecture and standards with ICT Architects.
• Contribute to a learning organisation by staying updated on technology advances, maintaining relevant skills, and fostering knowledge sharing.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and IT consulting for critical IT applications in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills in IT solution design and development.
• Expertise in end-to-end design and delivery of business solutions, focusing on application components in a distributed environment.
• Knowledge of contemporary software analysis, design, and development methodologies.
• Exceptional consulting, influencing, and problem-solving skills for effective relationship development.
• High-level interpersonal, negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
