.NET & Dynamics Developer.

About the Role:

As a Dynamics Developer will work closely with the solution architect, subject matter experts, business analysts, and testers to deliver on functional and non-functional requirements. The project aims to integrate two additional business streams into an existing case management system.

You will be responsible for the development of software applications and associated solutions, playing a key role in the delivery and deployment of the final product. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure the final products integrate and function as expected with interfacing applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and extend a Microsoft Dynamics based enterprise application.
• Develop and maintain solutions within an Azure environment.
• Ensure solutions are developed and maintained in accordance with relevant standards and frameworks.
• Manage source code and iterative development of applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce application design and architecture artifacts.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and as-built documentation for supported applications and solutions.
• Translate and interpret system requirements in the form of functional specifications and/or user stories into technical specifications.
• Identify areas of opportunity to reduce technical debt and support the improvement of new and existing applications and solutions.
• Serve as an expert on supported and new applications, providing support, guidance, and mentoring to other team members where appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of learning, growth, and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Technical Skills, Abilities, and Cultural Capability:

• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based applications.
• Experience in developing C# Plugins.
• Experience in implementing JavaScript in Dynamics Forms.
• Experience in implementing Power Automate.
• Experience working in DevOps.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the .NET stack.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum approaches.

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of Government services sector.
• Experience in complex multi-domain environments.
• Experience implementing and using WebAPIs.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures.
