Data Migration Specialist.

A large GOC is undergoing regulatory compliance projects, requiring skilled Data Migration Specialists for seamless transitions across applications.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead and collaborating with Platform Managers, the Specialist oversees data migration, utilising ETL techniques. Working with cross-functional teams, you ensure data quality and minimise disruptions, crucially meeting regulatory obligations and enhancing customer service amidst the complexities of their digital environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans for data-driven product deliverables
• Manage scope for assigned products to ensure business expectations remaining in alignment with approved Program objectives
• Manage engagement with SMEs to gather, validate, and verify requirements
• Assist with the discovery, mitigation and documentation of data-related risks that could impact Program delivery
• Provide support in managing IT contractors and consultants (as required)

Experience:

• Five or more years’ experience in a Data Analysis role in large, complex environments
• End-to-end program and project delivery experience
• Operating in a Program Delivery Stream under a matrix structure
• Ability to engage with business and technical SMEs gather the correct information and critically evaluate requirements
• Technical experience with SQL, D365, Dataverse, Sharepoint, Azure Data Factory
