Data Lead.

BLACKROC is pleased to be working alongside one of Australia's most well-known Non For Profits as they undergo a transformative implementation project. 

This role would suit someone who has prior experience working with Tier 1 HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the Data Migration/Analytics stream of the project, ensuring timely achievement of data stream milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Implementation Partners to develop data governance and migration strategies, securing relevant internal approvals.
• Design, develop, and test all data extraction, transformation, and migration activities and tools in coordination with the Implementation Partner.
• Work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to comprehend internal and external data requirements.
• Take ownership of designing, developing, and testing all data extraction, transformation, and migration activities and tools from their source system perspective. 
• Analyse data quality in source systems against dimensions like accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, etc., and identify opportunities for improvement, managing the development of analytical reports/dashboards. Work with business stakeholders to implement improvements in the source or determine alternative treatment options.

Experience

• Proven project expertise in a similar role, showcasing HRIS implementations and involvement in at least two full-cycle data migration processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in directing data migration teams within large, complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively with data owners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage workloads effectively against varying timelines and changing priorities.
