Data Engineer.

BLACKROC are recruiting for a number of  Data Engineers to join some of Brisbane's leading businesses.

A number our large multi national clients are currently seeking to increase their capabilities in their data teams. Whilst many smaller, more agile, market innovating clients are seeking to increase expertise across their data engineering teams to translate new requirements into scalable and sustainable data solutions.

Key skills:

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a data engineer using AWS or Azure technologies.
• Experience using Python, SQL required.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience or understanding of building and maintaining data warehouse and using the latest technologies – Databricks, Data Lake or similar.
• Previous experience with Snowflake or Matillion desirable.
• Previous experience data modelling experience (Kimball or Tabular) desirable.
• Certification in AWS, Azure etc advantageous.
