As a Business Analyst, your role involves providing business analysis services to Digital Platforms. This includes responsibilities such as requirements Elicitation, Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, process modelling, estimation & financial Analysis.
Collaborate with key business teams to develop supporting documentation for Business Case submissions. Work closely with various project teams to shape Platform initiatives within the annual Program of Work, conducting comprehensive financial analyses on ROI. Engage in process analysis and mapping to capture changes and potential new process flows, aiming to enhance efficiencies and streamline procedures.
- Collect business and technical requirements from external users, project team members, business subject matter experts, vendors, and other agencies.
- Create and document transition-to-support activities and artifacts.
- Assist project teams in effectively delivering projects using modern tools and applications.
- Generate and present clear reports and presentations that communicate issues and suggest solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Perform intricate project-level analysis and problem-solving to accomplish project objectives.
- Provide input for project scheduling, reporting, quality, issues, risks, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Contribute to managing stakeholder expectations and fostering working relations with all stakeholders.
- Over 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis role within large and complex environments.
- Proficient in utilising Business Analysis techniques to collect and transform business requirements into functional specifications for large and/or intricate settings.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management skills, showcasing a proven ability to engage with technical resources, senior executive teams, and external vendors/partners.
- Experienced in creating accurate and impactful business process models and information/data models, encompassing both 'as is' and 'to be' scenarios, using appropriate notations.
- Capable of extracting business information from various sources, documenting it, and presenting it clearly while articulating issues and proposing solutions, particularly in dynamic and changing environments.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to interact seamlessly with business and technical stakeholders, senior management, and project team members.
- Proven track record in project involvement utilising diverse development/delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with Cloud Services Knowledge and/or exposure to the Metering Coordinator role within the market
- Understanding of the Microsoft DevOps environment and its tools
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying enterprise business solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365
