BLACKROC has partnered with a brilliant Brisbane based company with a strong Web Development team. They're in the process of adding a new division of Node Developers. This is great opportunity to display your skills and collaborate on an interesting product that has an important industrial use. They're in a perpetual state of strong growth due to the demand for the product.

One interview, no tech tests, immediate start. 

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with Backend applications in JavaScript/Node
• Ensure that technical improvements are made to boost performance of the companies products 
• Provide technical leadership in terms of mentoring developers, constructive feedback, and architectural decisions
• Drive success of the team to achieve the companies goals 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum development with sprints
• 3-5+ years commercial experience
