Lewis thrives on meeting his Candidates and Clients to make the recruitment process more personal. He gets the most satisfaction on learning about what Candidates and Clients are looking for or trying to solve and finding a solution for them.
Lewis brings great communication skills to the team at BLACKROC and is very approachable, making him a great team player. He prides himself on being a fast learner, good listener, and hard worker, and we are excited to support and develop him in to a great leader.
Before moving into the recruitment industry, Lewis has a strong background in sales and customer service related roles across a variety of industries. Recruitment was a natural transition for him and he has enjoyed expanding his experience as a Specialist Recruiter over the past few years.
Outside of recruitment, Lewis is obsessed with Golf. He loves being in nature, and golf is a sport that is difficult to conquer so he enjoys trying to get better at it. He talks a big game and when challenged he conveniently admits it's an area which he still needs a lot of improvement to get to a level he would be satisfied with. Meetings on the course?
