This fixed-term contract offers strong long-term potential, with a clear pathway to permanent employment.<br> <br> This role is ideal for a hands-on Product Owner who enjoys working closely with software engineers and owning product outcomes end to end. You’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, shaping requirements, driving delivery, and ensuring solutions deliver real value.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritisation</li> <li>Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Work day-to-day with software engineering teams to support delivery</li> <li>Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder sessions</li> <li>Balance business priorities with technical feasibility</li> <li>Support testing, defect triage, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile teams</li> <li>Strong experience working directly with in-house software engineers</li> <li>Deep understanding of Agile, SDLC, and product delivery</li> <li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools</li> <li>Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li> <li>Exposure to cloud-based environments and modern engineering stacks</li> </ul> <br> Please click the <strong>Apply</strong> button to submit your resume.
