<strong>Location:</strong> Brisbane (1 day WFH per week)<br> <strong>Contract:</strong> 3 months + possible extensions<br> <br>BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a respected organisation seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a contract engagement focused on network assessment, remediation planning, and architectural uplift.<br> <br>This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys stepping into complex environments, creating clarity, and designing future-state solutions. It is not BAU support you will be brought in to assess, document, and lead the network toward a more secure and scalable architecture.<br><br> <strong>Role Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Assess and document the current Cisco Meraki network environment</li> <li>Produce network diagrams, inventories, and current-state documentation</li> <li>Review and uplift network security posture in line with modern best practices</li> <li>Develop stabilisation and long-term improvement strategies</li> <li>Produce HLDs, LLDs, standards, and operational runbooks</li> <li>Provide guidance on Azure networking integration and landing zone alignment</li> <li>Act as a senior technical advisor to internal teams</li> </ul> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Senior-level experience in network engineering or consulting</li> <li>Strong Cisco Meraki expertise</li> <li>Azure networking knowledge (VNets, routing, IPSec, ExpressRoute, vWAN)</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li> </ul> Please click the <strong>Apply</strong> button to submit your resume.
