An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect is required to provide expert leadership, architectural direction, and technical advice across enterprise HR systems. This role plays a key part in the design, integration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with<br> business requirements, technical standards, and best practice architecture.<br><br><br> You will work closely with business owners, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver robust, fit-for-purpose solutions across complex, integrated ERP environments.<br><br><br> <strong>Key responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Provide architectural leadership across SAP SuccessFactors solution design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation</li> <li>Analyse business requirements and system specifications, ensuring solutions align to strategic and operational needs</li> <li>Design and document solution architectures in line with relevant standards, policies, and governance frameworks</li> <li>Identify, manage, and mitigate architectural risks and issues</li> <li>Provide expert advice on system development, integration, and solution design changes</li> <li>Review and assure the quality of solution deliverables</li> <li>Consult with business stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and future-state design</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed business outcomes</li> <li>Maintain a current understanding of ERP technologies, SAP SuccessFactors products, and industry trends</li> <li>Mentor and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Contribute to sound governance, compliance, and information security practices</li> </ul> <strong><br>Key skills and experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven experience delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules</li> <li>Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including (but not limited to) Employee Central, Recruitment, and Learning</li> <li>Extensive experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and integration design</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to design and present solution artefacts and architecture documentation</li> <li>Experience working in highly integrated ERP environments and large-scale transformation programs</li> <li>Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and negotiate on complex matters</li> <li>Proven leadership capability, including mentoring architects and guiding technical teams</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong client service mindset with experience working to defined timeframes and service levels</li> <li>Knowledge of contemporary integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, and industry trends</li> </ul> <br>This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract + opportunity to extend.<br><br>To apply please send your resume or contact Nat at BLACKROC on 0430 292 875 or natalie@blackroc.co
