<strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Some travel to office)<br> <strong>Contract:</strong> 6 months + possibility of extensions<br><br> <strong>Role Purpose:</strong><br> We are looking for an experienced <strong>Dynamics 365 Support Engineer</strong> to deliver exceptional managed services support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Centre solutions. This contract role offers the opportunity to work remotely while driving process improvements and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise environments.<br><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>L2/L3 support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Contact Centre.</li> <li>Operate, refine, and optimise Dynamics 365 configurations, case management, and contact centre capabilities.</li> <li>Maintain and enhance Power Platform components: Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and integrations.</li> <li>Proactively identify system issues, automation opportunities, and enhancement areas.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Dynamics 365 Contact Centre experience.</li> <li>Power Platform experience: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.</li> <li>Familiarity with Australian Government security requirements (ISM, NIST CSF2.0, Essential 8 ML2).</li> <li>Incident response experience, problem-solving, and service optimisation.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <strong>Apply Now:</strong> Submit your resume via the 'Apply' button.
