We are recruiting a Test Lead on a contract until 30 June 2026.<br> <br> <strong>Role Purpose</strong><br> The Test Lead will take charge of the testing workstream for a large-scale Workday deployment spanning 25+ countries. As the program enters the Test Phase, you will be responsible for ensuring testing readiness, execution, governance, and quality across all regions and business groups.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a global Workday rollout</li> <li>Establish and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scenarios</li> <li>Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management</li> <li>Engage with SMEs, global teams, and implementation partners</li> <li>Ensure test artefacts, evidence, and reporting meet program governance standards</li> <li>Support deployment readiness and risk mitigation activities</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Significant Test Lead experience in large enterprise or ERP transformation programs</li> <li>Experience with Workday</li> <li>Strong test governance, planning, and reporting capabilities</li> <li>Ability to manage complex defect triage processes</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li> <li>Experience working across multi-country or global environments is highly advantageous</li> </ul> <br> Please click the ‘Apply’ button to submit your resume.
