This position plays a critical role in setting up the behavioural, communication, and engagement foundations that will support transformation.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the overarching change and engagement strategy</li> <li>Design centralised Technology Delivery Services</li> <li>Create communication plans and support transparent two-way engagement</li> <li>Develop training, adoption, and capability uplift materials</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and feedback cycles</li> <li>Monitor adoption metrics and embed new ways of working</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Change Manager in large, complex organisations</li> <li>Strong communication and engagement capability</li> <li>Experience creating training content and adoption plans</li> <li>Ability to work across multiple streams of work simultaneously</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills</li> <li>Familiarity with demand management, service design, or operating model uplift (desirable)</li> </ul> <br> Please click the <strong>Apply</strong> button to submit your resume.
