<div style="text-align:center">National Digital Sales Leader – SaaS <br>Brisbane | $300k–$380k+ OTE | Full relocation provided</div> <br>Founder-led, profitable, high-growth Brisbane SaaS company.<br> We are looking for a genuine senior digital sales executive who already owns $10M–$20M+ of digitally-sourced recurring revenue nationally and wants a bigger canvas with direct Founder access.<br> <br>This is a true leadership role:<br> <ul> <li>Full P&L ownership of all digital-sourced pipeline and revenue across Australia</li> <li>Direct management of 2 senior digital BDMs</li> <li>Daily strategic and tactical partnership with our 30-person floor sales organisation</li> <li>Drive qualified appointments, demos and closed-won deals at volume</li> <li>Player-coach: still happy to jump on key calls and close when required</li> <li>Digital marketing is a small supporting function only – this is a pure revenue leadership position</li> </ul> Remuneration<br> <ul> <li>Uncapped commission</li> <li>Realistic first-year OTE $300k, with $380k+ for top-quartile performers</li> <li>Meaningful equity</li> </ul> You<br> <ul> <li>Currently National Head of Digital Sales, GM Digital Revenue, VP Digital Sales or similar</li> <li>Proven, verifiable track record delivering $10M+ digital-sourced ARR in SaaS/recurring revenue</li> <li>Comfortable in the room with Founders and running a national revenue stream end-to-end</li> <li>Willing to relocate to Brisbane and be present in the office with the wider sales leadership team</li> </ul> Direct report to the two Founders.
