About the role
- Discover innovative ways to create experiences that wow customers
- Design user friendly and responsive websites for multiple businesses
- support the digital Marketing division with social media, advertising campaigns, eDMs and landing pages.
- Conduct research, user surveys, personas, wireframes and prototypes
- Maintain a business mindset while providing guidance and support to the junior design team while strategically executing projects
- Working within reasonable timeframes
- Use the full Creative Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator to direct UX/UI design.
- 3+ years’ experience creating digital interfaces for web and mobile
- 2+ years working in a fast paced digital agency
- Proficient in common design tools like Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite are must.
- Strong collaboration and communication with cross functional teams
- Candidate must provide a strong portfolio with work samples showcasing UI interaction, design, creativity, and depth of thought.
- Behance / Dribbble account advantageous
