This position will be based within the Brisbane team, with the flexibility to work 3 days from home and 2 days in their CBD office.

About the Role:

While working closely with Product and Engineering teams you will contribute to all stages of the digital product development process from research and ideation through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Product and stakeholders to develop and propose innovative solutions that meet business and technology objectives whilst maintaining a user-centred approach.
  • Actively contribute to developing design systems, documentation, best practices, detailed interactions and UI specifications such as wireframing through to high-fidelity mock-ups in order to elevate the design maturity of the organisation and improve existing products.
  • Utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities.
