About the Role
Join company who has a strong focus on fostering a great work culture and providing opportunities for professional development and growth. Working alongside the Head of Product you will be responsible for fostering design best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager and engineers to turn this into workflows as well as select, design and/or refine UI elements used through the application.
- Develop sketches, wire-frames and interactive models to prototype and test solutions.
- Design dynamic user interface elements, like menus, images. tabs and widgets.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain a design library and style guide.
- Conduct usability testing, research and validate.
- 4+ years experience in Product Design or a UI/UX role.
- You love solving problems through design and can communicate your ideas with sketches, journey maps, wireframes, screen flows and rapid prototypes.
- You can understand & identify user requirements through interviews, user testing, contextual inquiries and data analysis.
- You can create clear and friendly user interfaces and have a portfolio to showcase your work.
- You are adaptable and knowledgeable and are prepared to be the Thought Leader of design best practices.
- You are good at communicating design decisions clearly. You will be able to present and back your Design decisions with confidence.
