The Role
Working with a highly skilled design team, your role focuses on creating and maintaining an incredible digital experience across multiple customer platforms. You will be driving progress on one to two major projects at a time switching between solving complex design problems and producing UI concepts based of real customer feedback.

Responsibilities 

• Recommend enhancements to existing digital experiences and assets to improve customer user experience.
• Create mock-ups, collect site / app feedback and create a quality design work for review.
• Use human-centred and evidence-based design methodologies and tools.
• Ensure coherent and consistent product experiences across digital platforms.
• Use customer research, personas, use case scenarios, interactive prototypes, competitive analyses, flows, and data to craft interaction designs that meet the needs of customers. 
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of UI design across the business and the building out of the design system and library.
• Ideate and create conceptual user interface designs that continually push the boundaries to ensure our product offerings are market-leading.
• Work within complex stakeholder environments and contribute to business outcomes

About you

• In your 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, you have are passionate for User Experience and keeping up to date with best practice.
• You love solving problems through design and can communicate your ideas with sketches, journey maps, wireframes, screen flows, and rapid prototypes.
• You can understand and identify user requirements through research, interviews, user testing, contextual inquiries, and data analysis.
• You can create clear and friendly user interfaces and have a portfolio to showcase your work.
• You love analysing data and understanding how to continually improve the product.
• You love working in end-to-end Product Design: from researching and analysing, to prototyping, engaging directly with customers, and contributing to the design system. You love it all!
