About the Role:
Now is the time they’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in the next phase of their growth. You will work closely with their technical team and founder and be responsible for delivering on their fast-phased, growing pipeline of work. This opportunity is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality services within committed time frames
- Understand customer/user journeys and identify ways to test and prove new products, tools, and feature concepts.
- Manage the relationship with the client/customer throughout the project duration
- Lead and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to manage schedules/risks (i.e. KPI reporting).
- Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Create and maintain project plans and schedules
- Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained
- Plan and execute Agile/Scrum methodology for software development
About you:
- 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience, ideally with a .Net Background.
- Strong demonstrated experience within Process Automation, and have experience with Kofax, or ABBYY FlexiCapture.
- Highly analytical, and a deep-thinker who is able to offer well thought out solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in devising solutions to difficult problems involving numerous constraints using commercially sound judgement
