Technical Lead.

Exciting hands-on opportunity to join a SaaS for social good organisation with a global area of impact. In addition to producing code as an individual contributor, you'll be involved in guiding engineering standards, defining architectural direction and mentoring engineers of all experience levels.

You'll be inheriting a Java/React tech stack that's API-led and leveraging AWS. The intention for this role is to be more focussed on server-side scalability and reliability although there will also be opportunities to be involved on the existing SPA suite.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking ownership of an existing product 
• Producing clean & well-documented code using Java & React
• Mentor less experienced developers in coding and software delivery best practices. 
• Work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders to plan new initiatives, mitigate risks and strive for successful software delivery.
