Technical Lead.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnering with this industry-leading Australian software business who are experiencing an exciting period of growth and currently looking for a Technical Lead for one of their product development teams.

In addition to producing code as an individual contributor, you'll be involved in guiding engineering standards, defining architectural direction and mentoring engineers of all experience levels.

What you'll be doing

• Working with cutting edge technologies and working on systems that means something in the community
• Contributing to architectural design, technology strategy and project roadmaps
• Making positive contributions to engineering culture and helping to uplift coding standards.
• Taking ownership of an existing product and writing maintainable and extensible code. 

What you'll ideally have

• Experience building and leading a team of happy and high-performing software developers.
• A history of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop roadmaps and working towards them.
• Curious, persistent and empathetic, with a relentless desire to get things done
• A background in .NET development and familiarity with the modern Microsoft ecosystem.
• An appreciation for the value of high-quality engineering practises.
