Technical Analyst - Workday.

BLACKROC is actively seeking a Workday Technical Analyst ready to join an international conglomerate, specifically to contribute to the successful implementation of their Human Capital Management system—Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Addressing inquiries from employees or HR users pertaining to various Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Integration. 
• Perform Workday system maintenance in response to support requests raised by HR users. This includes tasks like processing EIB data, configuring Workday objects, and ensuring the overall system's integrity.
• Collaborate with functional experts in HR teams to understand business requirements and offer informed judgment on proposals that enhance operational efficiency and deliver an optimal end-user experience.
• Maintain the smooth operation and stability of the system based on best practices, including governance and documentation.
• Work closely with the Workday Product team and Business HR to identify areas for system improvement and deliver services in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues or requests from Business HR that deviate from the Global Design or Global Business Process.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle of Change Requests raised by Business HR, from gathering system requirements to functional and technical design, system development, testing, and deployment.

About You:

• Possess previous experience in a similar Workday technical role.
• Hold a Workday Functional Certification in the Core HR module; additional certifications in areas such as Advance Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Performance, or Integration are advantageous.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems implementation or support within a global/regional setup.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in functional configuration modules.
• Possess proficiency in Cloud HCM, Workday data model, security configuration, and reporting.
• Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder management.
