Tech Lead or Senior Level Developer | React/Node/TypeScript.

BLACKROC has partnered with a Brisbane based company that has strong fundamentals and foundations with a strong client base to find a Tech Lead or Senior Developer. This is a great opportunity to lead, mentor, and collaborate on an interesting product that has an important commercial use. They're in a perpetual state of strong growth due to the demand for the product, therefore, they're looking to expand the team. 

The ideal candidate is a Tech Lead or strong Senior Developer that has experience making architectural decisions. Ideally a fullstack developer with React/Node. There is more of a emphasis on the backend with Node. 

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with Fullstack applications in TypeScript/JavaScript/React/Node
• Ensure that technical improvements are made to boost performance of the companies products 
• Provide technical leadership in terms of mentoring developers, constructive feedback, and architectural decisions
• Drive success of the team to achieve the companies goals 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum development with sprints
• 5+ years commercial experience
