Systems Administrator.

BLACKROC is excited to be working alongside an exciting founder-led legal software platform looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineers as they build out multiple verticals of the business.

The role is to support internal and external clients with their environments. To be successful in this role you would be an autonomous individual and be able to confidently liaise across different time zones. You will be exposed to new and exciting technologies in this role and helping clients succeed and embrace technology best practise. 

What you'll be doing

• Perform analysis, research, and take corrective action as needed to resolve 3rd tier incidents, requests, problems, and escalations from lower tiers of support. 
• Collection and updating of client network and documentation
• Provide primary support for specific technologies based on subject matter expertise
• Escalating further service requests

What you'll need

• • Windows Server Experience and Microsoft Exchange;
  • Firewalls and Security technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.);
  • Routing & Switching;
  • Cloud (Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure etc.)
  • Industry certifications are highly regarded
