Key Responsibilities:
- Drive results-oriented software development, meeting stakeholder expectations for quality, time, and scope.
- Foster cross-functional relationships, communicating effectively across various business functions.
- Demonstrate technical and commercial acumen
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owners, cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
- Keep sprints organized and ensure timely delivery of accurate priorities
- Drive continuous improvement of both product and team environment
- Embrace our corporate values, particularly focusing on customer outcomes in solution delivery.
- Oversee personal development of developers, nurturing an effective and motivated team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in software development, displaying strong SDLC understanding.
- Strong experience working with a range of agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA or similar tools.
- Effective people leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong time management skills.
- Exposure to coaching techniques and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with standard SDLC methodologies.
