As the Software Development Manager, you and your team will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding a suite of software applications built on the Microsoft stack. Your focus will be on harnessing your technical expertise to ensure business goals are achieved while creating a productive, robust and enjoyable team culture.

What you'll be doing

• Helping the development team manage projects and roadmaps against release targets.
• Participating in technical, design and product discussions with other business leaders
• Translating commercial and organisation objectives into simple and achievable goals for the team and yourself.
• Advocating for and advancing modern software development practices.

What you'll ideally have

• A background in .NET development
• Experience influencing software engineering culture and uplifting team standards
• Practical and pragmatic familiarity with modern software development practices such as DevOps, Agile, TDD etc.
• An interest in immersing yourself in a complex commercial environment and finding ways to deliver value through software
