BLACKROC is looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media & Content Specialist to join the team of an incredible fashion company based on the Gold Coast.

We’re looking for a creative who is experienced in taking ownership of all social channels for an organisation, as well as being able to produce engaging and purposeful written content. Your role will support the overall marketing function of this brand, and you'll create playful yet informative copy and content, working across their email marketing, blog and social channels promoting the company brand and engaging their clients and followers.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage multiple social media platforms, monitoring community and reputation, as well as responding to social media engagement
• Drive and be accountable for the coordination, management, delivery and performance of all content across their digital channels e.g. articles, scripted videos, web, eDM, ad copy, and social media posts
• Cultivate and manage the growth and engagement of the social community 
• Creating and scheduling all social media content including writing, sourcing visuals, creating animations and creating social media graphics (you'll have experience in Adobe Creative Suite)
• Creating video content that can be used for Stories, Reels and IGTV
• Planning and coordinating photoshoots including sourcing models and conducting fittings
• Utilize various platforms to analyse and optimize the performance of content and social channels
• Stay up to date with, and ideally ahead of, social and digital trends and technologies
