Service Delivery Manager.

BLACKROC has partnered with a global name in technology, dedicated to the safety and efficiency of the way we travel through revolutionary engineering and software. This is an opportunity to be a part of a senior leadership team of a rapidly growing company and product suite. 

Now seeking a Service Delivery Manager, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to drive the IT department forwards through growth/hiring, creation and delivery of projects, managing budgets and forecasting. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in Service Delivery across IT functions
• Project management skills
• ITIL Foundations certifications
• Experience managing teams against external SLA's
• Experience with Government customers (preferred not essential)
