As the Senior Product Manager of one of their highest growth products you will have a strong focus on discovery in order to drive product initiatives and innovation. The Role: 

The Product Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders
to provide and translate the vision, strategy, and execution. You will drive product initiatives through the whole product lifecycle from vision, concept, development, launch, measurement, ongoing enhancement, and management. 
You will lead a team of two Product Owners and three data analysts.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Head of the Product to define the product strategy and own and drive the product roadmap for your particular product.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a high level of CX and deep understanding of customers interaction, product utilisation, and areas for improvement. 
  • Collect and analyse feedback and data from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and the product strategy. 
  • Immerse the team in the customer problem to be solved by proactively applying insights and analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio. 
  • Engage in complex problem solving and issues management and  focus on developing innovative concepts, successfully champion these through the Head of Product and the wider executive team.
  • Empower and lead your team Product Owners to work with Engineering and support delivery and refinement. 
  • Understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps that improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Develop an understanding of the industry, the main players, the regulations, challenges, and future direction. 
About You: 
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in product management with experience in  launching digital products and managing different lifecycles.
  • The ability to identify new opportunities, scope requirements for these, and prioritise work effectively.
  • Experience driving the product strategy and strong experience leading discovery. 
  • Direct prior experience working within an agile delivery environment. 
  • Previous experience in leading a cross-functional team within product development. 
  • A strong understanding of user experience principles and the importance of customer-centred design practices.
  • A strong understanding of data analytics and how to use data to make informed decisions that will drive customer engagement and revenue growth. 
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders - you will be taking to users at least weekly. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical terminology into language that can be readily understood by non-technical audiences.
