The role:

Working on their fastest-growing product they are looking for a growth-focused Product Manager to drive this new product to the next level of growth.  
Bringing a strong product management craft (think Marty Cagan) and inspiring product leadership into the team to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the product strategy, create customer value, and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Form, influence, and evangelize the product vision working with the product squad to build and execute on a focussed strategy / roadmap. 
  • Talk directly to customers directly to see that this product will solve their problems in the best way possible.    
  • Ruthlessly prioritise features assessing feasibility, desirability, and viability.  
  • Work with UX to drive product discovery and improve usability, coupled with a strong focus on delivery when working with engineers to learn, iterate, and build on the product.
  • Create and test MVPs, continually experimenting, and testing with customers.
  • Understand and analyse customers through qualitative and quantitative data. 
  • Run user tests and assumption testing in collaboration with your team to shape and form the product strategy and business goals. 
  • You will be responsible for success metrics and the P&L of this product. 
  • Create a growth mindset with Engineers and Designers, empowering your team to run their own experiments and understand customer-value.
About You:
  • Must have experience and strong evidence in scaling a product to success, with at least 5+ years in product leadership in either B2B SaaS or B2BC. 
  • You have driven engagement and high-growth through experimentation and have also driven strong product practices in an OKR-driven environment.
  • You can talk to how you have improved engagement, retention and increased customer acquisition, having made a product 'sticky'. 
  • Leadership is key, you have a track record of empowering and inspiring product teams to success.
  • You have an obsession with analytics and data-driven measurement to inform decision making. 
  • You have a passion for customers and speaking directly to customers, is part of your product process. 
  • You are goal and outcome-driven aligning the product goals with the overarching business goals. 
  • You encourage curiosity and have created growth champions, ideally having empowered your teams to run their own hypothesis and experiments wherever possible.
  • You can prove how you have taken ownership of the whole customer experience when shipping features. You understand the life cycle of customers within the product as a whole: from acquisition to churn and return.
  • Capacity to build rapport and strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Core competency in at least one product discipline (Dev, UX, Data etc) is a major plus.
  • The utmost enthusiasm for Product Management as a craft.
