This is an opportunity to join a technology-led Australian institution as the newest addition to their software development team. You'll be joining a group of developers in the midst of an exciting technological overhaul being conducted on a highly trafficked and elastically scalable product.
In collaboration with forward-thinking leaders and some highly capable colleagues, your first 6 months will involve everything from developing a React SPA to finding API performance gains to redesigning sophisticated database schemas for efficiency.

What you'll be doing
- Translating business requirements and planning new releases in close collaboration with other developers.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
- Identifying opportunities for performance or capability gains and executing upon them.
- Contributing to the continued improvement of coding standards and practices within the team.
- Solid experience with C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET.
- Experience with leveraging public cloud services, ideally Azure.
- Experience with modern cloud-based CI/CD and test automation.
- An understanding of or experience with optimizing data structures.
- Flexible working policy, with 2 days per week WFH.
- Top-of-the-line hardware provided.
