About the Role:

As part of the wider design team, The Senior Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of delivery specialists. YOU will be responsible for working with the border team to create the best digital experience for this business's large customer basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise specific business outcomes focused on digital web solutions.
• Efficiently and effectively prioritise and plan desirables based on scope, urgency, project goals and business value.
• Manage a team of UX/UI profesionals.
• Project manage multiple ongoing digital projects.
• Create and maintain processes to ensure the success of outcomes for the delivery team.

About you: 

• Proven experience managing multiple digital projects is a MUST.
• Previous experience leading large teams, ideally within an agency.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in developing and executing UX/UI activities.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Design principles acoss different platforms.
