BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with a Brisbane based Digital Advisory / IT Services business who are in an exciting period of growth and looking to add a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to service the SMB market.
Selling a full suite of outsourced IT services from Infrastructure Management, IT Support, Digital Security, Active Monitoring, Cloud & Digital Transformation services and other IT solutions you will play an integral part in building new partnerships and winning new logos across QLD.

Selling a full suite of outsourced IT services from Infrastructure Management, IT Support, Digital Security, Active Monitoring, Cloud & Digital Transformation services and other IT solutions you will play an integral part in building new partnerships and winning new logos across QLD.
About the role:
- Develop new client base for the IT managed services division– 100% new client acquisition, through outbound cold calls
- Design, plan and execute sales process.
- Track opportunities and sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Face to Face meetings to present to clients
- Apply IT technical knowledge to qualify leads, proposals and close deals.
- Cross Sell other services of the business
- Build and manage your own sales team within 12-18 months
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT Managed Services Sales role OR Technology related sales.
- New business hunter with the ability to succeed in a volume driven sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectation with 100% accountability
- Enjoys cold calling and self-generated new business prospecting
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate at C-Level
- Strong Computer skills (PowerPoint, HubSpot, Microsoft Suite)
- Drivers License and Own Car
