Customer Success Manager.

BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with an award winning property management and booking platform used by countless consumers from all over the world, all from their picturesque office on the Gold Coast.
 
Over the last couple of years, they have experienced huge growth globally, so they are now on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to join their Gold Coast based team to develop strong customer relationships, grow net revenue retention and promote customer loyalty.

In this role you will be.

• Selling SaaS solutions tailored to the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Reviewing existing clients to determine the risk of churn or opportunities for expansion 
• Engage with stakeholders all all levels - including C-level 
• Develop and execute success plans to engage with customers
• Work to monthly KPI's
• Create, identify and qualify new opportunities
• Manage customer grievances and complaints 
• Be an ambassador for the brand with a strong focus on customer success during sales cycle.

About You...

• 2+years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in the B2B or SaaS space
• Experience within the Hotel, Property Management or Tourism sector
• Thrive under pressure, and excel in a fast-changing, innovative environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently and present at all levels within a business.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information 
• Strong CRM  management and Data integrity
• Consultative in approach with the ability to close quickly
• Team player, ability to empathise and loves learning
