BLACKROC is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Sydney to join a fast-growing Digital Transformation business. 

Our client specialises in Workflow Automation Software for HR, Accounting and Customer Service Teams.

We are seeking a "Sales Development Representative" who will be responsible for building the sales pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise clients within the Education, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics space.

About the role:
  • Research and identify potential customers
  • Create outbound prospecting campaigns via cold emails and calls
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to develop targeted lists, call strategies to drive opportunities
  • Utilise industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of solutions and products and track, and report on all activities and results on CRM
  • Book Qualified Meetings / Demos for the Presales / Business Development Managers to close.
  • OTE 120k !!!!
About You
  • 1 – 2 years of sales experience, ideally for a SaaS / B2B Solutions focused company
  • Hungry to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Passionate about prospecting
  • Ability to perform and work well under pressure in a high-performance culture.
  • Ambitious , goal-oriented for growth
  • Superior time management and productivity skills
  • Passionate about Technology / Software / Digital Transformation.
