Recruitment Support Consultant - [No Sales Required].

When you join our company, you will be paired with a senior recruiter who will be your mentor, they will work closely with you to show you how to be the best IT Recruiter you can possibly be. You also get the chance to have weekly one-on-one time with other senior team members to learn different styles of consulting support. We believe it's very important to be exposed to different styles so you can learn what style works best for you.

This is not a sales role, rather this is a role whereby you're calling job candidates for new jobs, administering them in our state-of-the-art systems and working with our Principles & Partners to help them into new jobs.

What will your day look like?

• Calling candidates and pitching them our new jobs on behalf of our clients
• Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems
• Meeting with candidates via video conference & off-site, discussing their wants & needs.
• Building marketing campaign material with our business support team
• Sales administration duties, it's important you make notes on your meetings & that you can type up reports on the people you meet.
• Weekly one-on-one progress meetings to keep track of your growth
• Working on your career progress plan with your direct manager
