Core duties of the role:
A day in the life of a 360 Recruiter is exciting, rarely a dull moment, to say the least. You are responsible for finding new business, as well as managing key accounts handed to you from our business. You will be surrounded by an extremely driven and supportive structure, you are motivated to offer our customers opportunities otherwise thought impossible, distancing the business from the cookie-cutter approach the industry has been accustomed to. Performance and commercial acumen are of acute focus, meaning you will be driven to build long-standing relationships, and truly get to know clients and how to best approach great job opportunities within the market.
  
Primarily spending your day over the phone, you will liaise with & headhunt top tier talent, to discuss the possibility of new job opportunities, as well as dealing with a wide range of both existing and potential new clients, utilising a high integrity approach to recruitment whilst actively building your brand, network, and client base. Your goal is to be an expert across your market, up to date with market trends, and provide a high-level strategic service with the use of a range of first-class tech at your fingertips.

Your earnings;
Depending on your commercial sales experience this role pays a salary of circa $80,000 with everyone in our firm on track to earn six figures this calendar year, including commissions. Our top performers which include more than 40% of our business, earn more than $180,000 per annum, that's take-home of more than $10,000 per month - the hours worked daily are no more than 9 hours per day on average. 90% of our Consultants had zero recruitment experience before joining BLACKROC. We pair you with experienced Senior Consultants with daily on the job training and weekly reporting & feedback sessions that keep you fully informed on your path to success.
