BLACKROC is proud to represent an ASX-listed Aus based organisation with a successful B2C product in the construction industry. The Product Support Team Lead role was created to analyse the existing environment and manage and implement processes for the cloud-based procurement platform. As the lead, a part of the role will be to provide personal insights with the goals of reducing incoming support tickets and improving response times.

The role:
  • Lead a small team of tier 1 & 2 support team members
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define, review, and improve the customer service journey
  • Assist the team on managing users for troubleshooting, investigating, documenting, and leading the team to successful outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to isolate and fix any technical issues
  • Work with clients to resolve technical tickets
  • Assist stakeholders with insights into reporting and documentation
  • Assess and coach team member performances

Skills & knowledge
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership experience
  • Experience with Service Desk platforms
  • Experience with knowledge management software
  • Ability to develop and implement effective processes/outcomes
