Product Manager.

About the Company:

Opportunity for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join a Product-led SaaS company with a global presence in taking their brand new product to market. This organisation creates innovative software designed to simplify tasks for users in their industry, and as a result have become a key player in the local design and tech community.

About the Role:

Collaborate with your cross-functional team to define, test and develop solutions for clients in this industry, and work on products that automate the workload of its users. You will focus on identifying user problems, and work end-to-end to solve them. Take ownership and have an impact on the long term product strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a domain expert and build a deep understanding of the core product
• Collaborating with the Principal Product Manager to help set objectives and bring the product vision to life
• Collaborating with the Product Designer to establish priorities and communicate feedback
• Prioritising sprint backlogs and participating in all sprint ceremonies
•  Analysing complex technical flows and user journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Deriving actionable insights from product analytics
• Participating in design reviews for all major feature work
• Gathering, organising & filtering client feedback to help influence product direction
• Assisting in triage and resolving customer support and product issues
• Advocating for and evangelising all things product across the wider business

About You:

• 4+ years in Product Management at a SaaS technology company
• You have a passion for prioritising outcomes over output, and avoid adopting a “solution-first” approach
•  Demonstrated ability when it comes solving complex product problems end-to-end
• Prior experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team of designers and engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for concisely explaining complex topics
• Confidence in dealing with information architecture and abstract problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a technical environment and have an established understanding of how modern web applications are built.
