Company:

Work for a scaling product company based on the Gold Coast. With multiple products in market this company continues to grow its market share and is a true leader in their space. 

Role: 
  
Working closely with the CPO you will own, research, and ideate through to testing the build and release of new and updated software products.
  
Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of new products and features to keep the product set relevant and competitive.
  • Execute the product roadmap across both new and existing product verticals. 
  • Ensure that new features and functionality are in alignment with the strategic vision and solve real business problems for customers.
  • Perform market and customer analysis to test new market and product opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across functions including sales, marketing, consulting, support and development teams.
  • Support the customer-facing teams and provide regular product updates, product training, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the development team to groom and then separately prioritise backlog items.
  • Regular reporting and communications on product delivery and backlog management to CPO and the broader business.
  • Co-ordinate the release of go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.
Candidate Experience
  • 3+ years experience in software product management, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps.
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in working closely with developers and the ability to communicate at a technical level as well as to those in the wider business who are less technical.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have strong commercial nouse to achieve business goals and grow revenue-driving products.
  • Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • You are a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them.
