Principal Software Engineer.

This is a small, yet growing and talented team working on platforms technologies that are driving new solutions for improving human health.
  
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be a key member of their engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance software solutions.

You'll actively contribute to exciting projects that leverage Java, Spring boot, AWS, and modern JavaScript technologies. Your contributions will directly influence the development of their platforms. Experience in Python would also be highly desirable.

• you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; 
• mentor and provide technical leadership their junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
• approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex issues and find innovative solutions;
• lead by example, setting high standards for code quality, best practices, and work ethic;
• stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and encourage a culture of continuous learning within the team;
• adapt to changing project requirements and new technologies quickly and efficiently;
• understand and prioritize customer needs, and ensure that the software developed aligns with those requirements; and
• identify potential risks and challenges in projects and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
